The former CEO of AXELOS Global Chris is a transformation specialist. He has held Director of Transformation roles for the last 15 years at diverse organisations, government and The United Nations. He is also a board level advisor. Chris leads our Maturity Assessments for organisations all over the world.

Philip Hearsum

Philip Hearsum’s expertise is leveraged by Axelos international. He was a Lead Architect of ITIL 4 and worked across the Axelos portfolio of certifications driving student employability. With over 20 years of experience in IT service management leadership roles in the public and private sectors as well as within the UK government. He sits on the ITIL qualification board and is a member of the working group for the UK

Diana Peters​

Diana is an experienced IT professional who has had a technology focused career spanning over 25 years both in New Zealand and Australia. Having a strong background in Service Desk Capability, Operational Management and ITIL Service Management, Diana has spent the last 10 years in Service Design, Transition and Project Management for large outsource organisations. Diana works with Transformation Initiatives using a Human Centred Design approach to co-create customer focused outcomes for IT Service Management. Diana uses this approach combined with ITIL framework to unlock a teams best outcome bringing about a new way of enabling IT Services.

Melinda Liberto

Melinda has over 20 years people management experience specialising in Innovation, Change Management, Stakeholder and Transition Management. She has a track record of delivering large scale transformation initiatives with great success at all levels of the organisation including Local Government, Human Services and Health Insurance.

Linda Garboni

Linda is a collaborative, and creative agile technology leader with over 25 years experience, managing functions of various sizes focused on achieving business value in demanding and complex environments that require transformation and continuous improvement. Linda has led and developed talented, energised and passionate people across a diverse range of roles in Infrastructure, Software Delivery, Strategy, Program Management, Service Management and Operations.

Dean Toovey

Dean is an experienced ITIL practitioner, trainer and consultatant. He also specialises in Agile frameworks Scrum, Agile BA, AgilePM, ITIL and Governance coaching, training, and consulting. Dean has consulted and trained across the government, banking, healthcare and private sector. He is a subject matter expert in ITIL, COBIT, Scrum, ISO Standards (27000/22300/20000) and DSDM Agile Project Management and Business Analysis.

Allan Thompson

Allan is the Global PPM Product Ambassador responsible for representing AXELOS externally with regards to PPM products. He is a result driven PRINCE2 qualified Project Manager with over 25 years’ project, programme management and PMO experience. Allan is an experienced Project Leader who through collaboration techniques integrates and leads teams to achieve business objectives. Have gained experience in agile delivery methods and their inclusion into PMO reporting. Allan is the world’s thought leader in PRINCE2 – quite simply there is no-one on the planet that knows Project Management like Allan.

Forrest Kitzrow

Forrest is a forward-thinking ITIL® 4 Certified Trainer, ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) and Certified Agile Scrum Master with over 30 years’ experience in IT Service Management. Excels at providing comprehensive technical leadership to contribute to the development, design, and implementation of transformative solutions, while ensuring integrity and consistency throughout an organization. Forrest engages with key stakeholders to adequately define project scope, develop comprehensive strategies, and demonstrate solutions that satisfy requirements. A confident communicator and networker with the ability to maintain and cultivate sustainable working relationships. One of my greatest accomplishments, was implementing ITIL v3 Incident and Problem Management for one of the world’s largest retailers, Walmart.
